Yes, defintely a melancholy feeling in this picture with the soft, warm colors and the clouds in the sky. I know exactly what you mean about being a bit depressed when you leave the mountains to go back home!

Hi Mat,
I understand your melancholy mood. I am lucky enough to live in a valley surrounded by mountains just a few miles away...The warm tones though of this shot are also inspiring. I like the silhouettes and the various gradations and layers horizontally as the eye moves inward and upward in the frame. The mist and clouds are swirling about, tantalizing you and you will live to return to the glorious mountains another day. Have a good week, my friend.

Love this capture. The soft, and warm light gives the picture a nice glow. The composition is nicely divided between the areas of interest and the scene is nice and crisp in detail. Good light management and work.

Ehhh... je mieszkalem przez bardzo dlugi czas w Bielsku Bialej i za oknem mialem widok na Szyndzielnie, gdzies tam nad nia Skrzyczne od czasu do czasu sie wychylalo.. A teram musialem wrocic na stare smieci.. niestety nie tak urokliwe jak Krakow wiec i tak masz ogromna przewage.. a i odleglosci wieksze..

A jak trzbea opuszczac gory to az sie lezka woku kreci..

Ta fotka wwedruje do moich ulubionych i pewnie zerkne do niej po moich wakacjach siedzac w pracy i gapiac sie na betonowa dzungle za oknem..

Fantastyczne ujecie.. i klimat.. ehh..

Hi Mateusz,

Astonishing illuminated sky. The sun is just about to go down an gives the whole scene a beautiful mood and warm feeling.
I think it's a great shot and I'm getting more and more convinced, that I one day will arrange one of my hiking trips in the Tatras.
