This photo had a lot of potential. There is a nice light and a lone individual on the beach. A couple of suggestions: You could have used a much larger f stop and reduced your shutter speed to increase you depth of focus. Also I would have moved your field up, and caught more of those spectacular clouds and offered a peak of the stones in the foreground, currently there is much darkness there without much detail. Finally, some post processing could really enhance the contrast and colors here.
