This works well as an urban night-time shot. There are a lot of different light sources, the neon signs, cars, traffic lights etc., but none of them appear to be over-exposed or burnt out so the exposure is good.

I would suggest a small crop on the right side to take out the neon sign that is just above the bridge, otherwise it's fine.
