Photographer’s Note
Mt Taranaki from the sea, I always thought, before getting into photography seriously, that the mountain was over photographed and over represented; now I can see why so much attention is directed in this way. This was the only time this day I wasn't catching fish. It is also my first attempt at shooting in RAW mode. ISO: 200, Focal length: 70mm. @O9.49 hours. All comments are welcome and appreciated.

Hello again Mike,
Another interesting angle of this wonderful mountain. I wish the weather was like this the times I have visited New Plymouth! I have not seen many images of Taranaki from the sea, but this sure is special. The water also has a very tranquil feel about it. The dotting of houses gives some perspective of the size of the distant cone. Possibly less sky, I know you were trying this as an effect. I have will do a workshop, hope you like it! Well done.
