Insomniacs from Delhi! Photo

Photographer’s Note

..2300hrs ..An easy road of Delhi clogged like nomads moving like insomniacs! Though i was one of 'em, still it felt like as if whole Delhi is out on streets yesterday night on this road. And talking of lane driving ..i guess my fellow travellers would have had a taste of Delhi's traffic. But its still better than Calcutta's traffic.

Excellent shot through the front window. I am amazed at the clarity and sharpness at 1/60 sec through a running car. Excellent decisive moment, IMO. Very good tonal range and contrast. Here is a famous one I was reminded of.

I agree with Animesh...you have done justice to a scene which is overdone and usually done quite badly...

your black and white is really lovely and very clear...the bright spots are well spaced out...

Hi Sid. I am always a big fan of shots from inside vehicles; I take them myself all the time. I think that this seems a little more tilted than I would like; I would be tempted to straighten it in PP. I think your conversion to b&w was the right choice here and it was quite well done too. Were you in the back seat when you took this? It seems the dark areas bottom left and on the right are those in the front, but I can't be certain. Nice shot; stuff like this has so many possibilities.

Hey, as i said earlier......find the pic very rhythmic because of the curve. A good frame nd time u captured.

your photograph reproduce well the traffic jam in Delhi even at night, your b&w is little bit flat,i made a ws with more contrast and less brightness. i hope you will like it
