Photographer’s Note
So many lines on her face, so many stories to tell.
The face of tradition and remembrance keeps alive the fading memories.

Bonita fotografia com uso muito apropriado do P & B. O desfocar do segundo plano deu um realce especial à figura da velhota. Gosto muito.

Hi José,
This is a very nice representation of the inhabitants of Trás-os-Montes forgotten villages.
I Liked a lot the POV, but mainly the DOF - the unfocused tipical houses and the well defined face of that old woman.

Hello José,
I Love this portrait and the black and white treatment that you applied to him.
By seeing your photograph, much memories of childhood made surface, by pointing out to me my grandmother and the village of my childhood. Superb portrait and splendid composition, thank you for the sharing José, abraço.
