Nice shot! Your composition is good, and you chose just the right time to take the shot - nice sky detail, but at the same time nice trails in the lights and lovely starburst effects. There are two problems here though, and they're both post camera - firstly the scanning could be a lot sharper, and secondly there's a little too much JPEG compression which has caused some softening. I'd recommend you re-scan, and consider rotating it a little CCW. Well captured :-)
