Photographer’s Note

Springtime in Kyushu. It seemed that every beach on the island had these fluttering displays of colour. This one, near Karatsu was one of the largest collections I had seen on a cycle journey around the area. Later, in Kagoshima regions I did see over 100 strung accross a river. The sound of the water tumbling over the rocks beneath and the gentle flapping of the 'fish' made a very pleasant combination of sounds.

hi Alan
I like the line that the fish make in this one.
and the colours of the kits themselves are really nice.
However i think it would look even better if the sky had some more colour in it.
otherwise well done.
