I like this shot because of the detail in the costume...it might have been nice to be able to see more of the womans face though. Well done!

I don't think the skin color is correct. This can be adjusted easily with photoshop.
And I am confused of the locations you stated. Sa Pa is some 35km west of Lao Cai Provincial Town while Bac Ha is some 70 km East on opposite direction. Sa Pa and Bac Ha are two different districts. Please double check and let me know if I am incorrect. Thanks.

great colours, the clothes of the woman are superb and its nice how you've focused just in on her, as it really draws us towards the woman.
its interesting also the fact that she's eating, as a lot of women would feel quite shy to have a photo taken at that moment, but thats what makes it effective. thanks for sharing
