I think this is a good picture, but it's hard to tell at this size. I checked and it's only about 300x400 pixels. It would be better to set your width to something close to 800 for horizontal pictures and 650 for vertical pictures.
From what I can tell the framing is good, the scene interesting, lots of depth.
I can't see the quality of the focus, any of the detail.
How about reposting a larger file?

Composition is very nice, The blue, yellow and red colors make for a colorful image, and the person with hat at left adds a great human element.
