I had a moment trying to choose this pic's name= Industrial utopia vs. Spinning yarns worker... hm!

I'm seeing this picture now, about 9 month after shooting it. I was amazed, but in what manner?

- trying to be objective, it looks so perfect balanced, so much equilibrium in it ( I'm not talking about the photo, form the artistic standview... ), but in fact it isn't so. Oh, no!

There is so much utopia, imaginary, unreal in all aspects of the visual arts, with or without software dreamcatcher alteration.

great photo...i think tilting this shot would make this look even more intresting...esp if the girl wasn't in the center of the photo...it would be hard to tell what this kind of place is but it would add so much artistry to your photo.
regardless, i like.
please feel free to see my photo in brussel of the moving walkway...it reminds me a lot of this.

I think the POV and DOF is great!. Sigesting lines that guides the eye to the center of the image and to the worker. Very nice repetition pattern in those machines. The only mistake is the violet numbers on the bottom right!!!!..

Hello. A very different shot from my weaving photo! Not sure where I would prefer to work..In Laos they also dye the thread and do the weaving in the same workshop. What makes this photo work are the colours, the repetition, and the perspective. Wish the person was further down and less blurred though. Would be interesting to see more shots from the same factory.

Hi, great perspective on this shot, I like the balance and all the lines leading into the center. I would give it the big smiley except the date in the corner really bothers me. (I think whoever invented date-printing cameras was not an artist!) But with a little work in Photoshop you could take that out.
