| One of the libraries in the "culture net" built in Bogota our beloved capital city, named "Virgilio Barco" due to a former president. Was designed by Rogelio Salmona one of the nowadays top architects around the world, if you are keen on movies and book fairs this would be the place, besides there are beautiful gardens and interesting people...taking pictures! |
