I'd say a bit of color correction (it's too blue, I think), a bit more contrast and some sharpening would help this one.

I really like this picture, but I'd have to agree with Bob on the sharpening and contrast. One trick you could use if you have Photoshop would be to duplicate the image onto a second layer and desaturate it to greyscale. Then select the "Layers>Overlay" option and drag the transparency slider until you're happy with the result. I find it a quick way to darken the dark tones and enrich the mid-tones.
