Photographer’s Note
You cant imagine how fantastic is a the night at Olympus. From east it was night and from South there where the last daylight. The photo was taken from the peak Profitis Ilias which is in an altitude about +-2750m. over sea level. You see Stefani peak and behind it is Mytikas the highest peak in Greece (2918m.) Stefani is called Throne of Dia (Seat of Zeus). Moreover in Profitis Ilias peak, there is a small church called Profitis Ilias, and i used it (it is short) to stabilize my small tripod.

Very nice colors in the sky! What was the exposure time? Is the bright "star" the moon?
Whopsie! I meant to say "upper left" not "upper right" in the workshop...

Hello Nick,
I can imagine .....
Your composition is nice but there was no need of using flash. I think that next time you 'll be more responsible. It would be a chance for one more trekking there up! I like very much the blue colour of the sky and the shape of "Stefani" and "Skolios" under the moonlight. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes,
Athanasios.
