Photographer’s Note
This was taken in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was quite a hike to get up there, and I almost gave up, but I'm so glad I didnt. We ended up getting to the top near sunset, and we were treated to such a beautiful display of light across the top of Cinder Cone.

What a sweet light ! Nice composition, indeed.
Maybe, you could crop a part of the sky to give more importance to the quite coloured volcanic soil.

A nice and captivating landscape shot of the desert.
The lighting lights partial of the area are good, providing a nice PoV.
Maybe a couple of guys strolling at the edge of the desert will make the composition better, Anwar.

Fabulous side lighting at dusk to foreground. Just a wonderful glow. Perhaps a tad less sky would enhance this message...?
