You're right, Dave, you need to learn to keep the horizon leve :-). But this could easily be done post processing in Photoshop by rotating this, maybe 2-3 degrees clockwise. It is a nice picture though, very representative of an academic environment. My feeling is, this would have been so much better if the horizontal is on the level and probably a little bit more closer so your reader can see what appear to be students either sunning themselves or studying on the lawn in front of the auditorium. Just my thoughts. Welcome to TE!

I like this shot. Everything seems so orderly, clean and even sterile. The bushes, the building, the trees. It's all very clean cut and well kept. I think that mood would have come out even more if you took this directly down the center of the walk to bring out the symmetry more so. And, of course, like you said keeping the horizon level. I have that problem, too. An interesting shot. Nice and clean.

Agreeing with the others on the symmetry and the closer up for details. I also think the colors might be a little dull here, though I can tell it must have been a bright day when you took the shot. I'd have cropped a little closer around too. Really sharp picture though.
