Hi Kostas, I thought I'd have a look at some uncritiqued photos and came across this one. I guess you are trying to show the movement of the dancers by using a long exposure. Unfortunately, the points of attention are the dancers and they are all moving too much so the viewer can't focus on anything in particular.
To get the idea of movement, something in the foreground must be still. For example, one dancer still, another dancing round in a blur. (Another way is to cheat - take a clear shot with a fast exposure, then selectively add blur in post processing.)
Still, it's worth a smiley because it is still obviously greek and an interesting local event.
