What can be seen from Mt Fuji? Photo

Photographer’s Note

From 2,020 metres up Mount Fuji, this podium shows what can be seen when you look over the Japan Alps. It seems to have every peak named.

I wanted to get a quick shot of the podium, with the Japan Alps behind it. When I took it I did not notice this woman on the right, taking her own photographs from Mount Fuji.

I couldn't crop her out without removing the edge of the podium, so I have left her in.

That woman doesn't realy bother me. I think that if you bend your knees, got a little lower and tilted your camera a bit more than maybe you would have got the second row of mountains in?

What bothers me here Richard is what you focused on. The woman, who you cropped in half, is far moe interesting than anything else here, yet you chose to focus on this podium. Why? I can hardly make anything out on this podium anyay, it doesnt engage my interest either. Focus on the woman, get in closer and see what you can do. Im glad though you didnt totally crop her out, atleast she brings something to the photo that still does capture my imagination somewhat.

Hi Richard,

This podium dose not make any special effect.
Rather, the girl taking snap should have been covered more to make this as a great snap.

Well, it looks very cold out there. Still you can see the ice melting.
