Photographer’s Note

23 rd April is a national bairam in Turkey. Turkish Grand National Assembly was composed in 23.04.1920.And this private day is a bairam for us. And this bairam was presented to Turkish children by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. It’s the only bairam for children never in the world.So I prefer a child photo. She is my daughter. The photo was taken when she was five years old. All of the children on the world must be live in peace and be happy.

It is a very nice photo. Good composition and light control. The pattern of the 'bag' and the light on the girl helps us to focus on the girls head. It shows peachful.

However, if you make the left handside more space and cut the right side a little bit. It will be better.

I must rank this as one of your best images. It's a pity it hasn't got the attention it deserves. This is a brilliant composition with the nice texture of the cloth and the girl's face shining brightly in the superb light. She sure looks happy :))

It almost looks as though she is peeking through the brown lips of a huge, friendly monster. That's what came to my mind when I first saw this. Fun and imaginative - well seen.
