Those professional photographers are so busy they have to time for us newbies. :o/ Anyway - I think this is a great idea, and nice colors. You got the audience, the reflection in the glass, and action. The problems I see: I would have cropped all around; and if the performers who were being still were sharper/clearer, then the ones in motion would look really cool.
