Photographer’s Note

The Arrábida Bridge, which contains a 270m span, set the world record for concrete bridges for some time. The arch is 52m tall and the plate rises up to 70m above Douro river level. The construction lasted from May 1957 to 22 July 1963, day of its opening.

There's a lot of fantastic bridges in Portugal - that's one thing I've learned from TE. This is a very appealing shot, I'd like it to be perfectly symmetrical though. Well done, Esoj.

Very interesting bridge detail, Esoj. I also like your previous photo called 'Roissy CDG'.
Cleverly captured arch from below. We can also see some details at the very bottom that are not that important.
Pitty you didn't alow workshop for this photo as I would try showing you how to improve composition and make the capture more attractive - as a study of the bridge detail.
But for idea and a useful note, here I give you 1 point!
Keep posting as I see you have potential!

This photo is really good, but the only thing that annoys me is the pole on the bottom left, other than that, it is a really nice capture

Great shot. You really get a sense of the size of the bridge. Good pattern repeated throughoutthe bridge. I think I would have cropped the bottom to just above the railing and would have been tempted to try to clone out the pole in the lower left corner. The other alternative would be to crop the pole from the left and the building from the right to balance. I think that option may have an adverse effect on the overall composition though.
