Photographer’s Note
A village somewhere in Rajasthan, where time seems to have stopped. I do find the trees in that area very remarkable; they look kinda scary. Don't know what they are.
thanks for your honest comments. Have a nice day.

Bonsoir Hendrik
Bon week end

Hi Hendrik,
An impressive scene. As your note says, it appears time has stopped, with the only reminder of the modernism perhaps being the smart looking vest of the man. I like the prevailing hues of brown and beige here and how the tree blends in so completely with the shelter. I wonder if the X mark on the tree indicates that it is slated for cutting...The tree certainly has character. Well captured, Hendrik. Have a happy Easter weekend.

Dag Hendrik,

Groet, Henk

I was intrigued to note from your gallery page how similar the composition is on this one to the one in Belgium, although the content is a world apart.
The branches of the tree are a good frame for the simple house. I like the glimpse of the animals to emphasise the daily life here.

Hi hendrik,
interesting scene here. Sort of everyday normality, however thats what makes it interesting to me. I like the deep and strong colors. The ONLY thing I would critique is that perhaps its a bit oversharpened.

Bonjour mon ami Hendrik,

A+
