Vista del puente giratorio de la ciudad de Carmelo. Este puente es el único giratorio de "tracción humana" del pais y el mas antiguo de este tipo de toda Sudamerica. Un dicho del lugar es "quien cruza el puente giratorio, siempre vuleve".
View of the swing bridge of the city of Carmelo. This bridge is the only one of it kind, in the country, that uses "human traction" to turn around and the oldest one of this type of all Sudamerica. A saying of the place is "the one who crosses the swing bridge, always comes back".
