These buildngs are now the Coast Guard/Lighthouse buildings. The lighthouse is now used to protect San Diego, it's original use has vanished. This photo was taken from the original lighthouse from the 1800s.

Hi Annelise, You have captured good detail, light and color in this well-framed composition. The red roofs add a pleasing contrast to the predominant greens and blues in your photo.

I really like this photo because of the colors and the waves. There are a few things I think could use some improvement. I have attached a workshop that addresses these improvements.

Hi Annelise
this picture has wonderful colors; I couldn't get with this light when I was there.
For those who are curious, we may add that this is the "new" Point Loma Lighthouse.

I like the perspecive you chose for the lighthouse better than the one i chose for my post of this same lighthouse. The POV gives getter color and detail.

Hi Annelise,
You caught a very pleasant view to the eyes. Isn't San Diego just a paradise on Earth?? I like the blue-red-green contrast in the picture. However, if you could make it a little less grainy and remove the tilt it would have a much stronger effect.
