Photographer’s Note

The photo was taken in the afternoon in a little village Szybene situated in a White Czeremosz Valley. It's great place to start one's trek in Czarnohora mountains and to reach the highest peak of Ukraine Howerla. The village itself is very pittoresque from one side and really poor from the other. The contrast between buildings is striking. But the place is just charming. While walking in forest or climbing slopes you may see extraordinary things. Like we did. While we were climbing some path up the mountain slope, tired, with heavy bags a man crossed this path. Well, nothing special. But the point is that the man had just one leg! He was using some old branches to keep straight. You may also watch all those people who are climbing without shoes.

Because the sky wasn't particularly interesting I've used few gradual filters. The effect is strange but I quite enjoy iy. I wonder if You do??

Pleasant landscape with this little wooden house...Could be a bit more sharp, but the composition,colors and point of view are amazing!

Very nice sky and bright colors for the foreground. Good composition with the forest on the background.

I agree with the potential improvement in sharpness.

Zdjecie ma bardzo mila atmosfere, a spolaryzowane niebo dodaje dramatyzmu, a moze tajemniczosci :))
Szkoda ze ostrosc sie rozjechal, ale to pewnie poprzez skanowanie...

Nono, rozkoszny widok. Piêkne kolory i kompozycja. To rozmycie trochê zaburza mi widzenie, ale za to dodaje malarskiego klimatu do zdjêcia.

czesc lukasz, kolorystycznei rewelacja, nieco wyblakle niebo jak na starej pocztowce,filtry daly nawet ciekawszy efekt niz mozna by sie bylo spodziewac, plus ten sielski widok z ktoregpo az bije spokoj i cieplo lata.

Nicely done. The landscape is quiet amazing. The different layers of filters give an impression of a photo that has been peint afterward. I especially appreciate the darkness of the sky.

C'est étrange comme atmosphere, la sur saturation fait presque penser à une photo prise avec un Holga !
Le ciel est magnifique et j'aime beaucoup le contraste avec l'herbe !

Love the composition, it's a wonderfull rural scene. But...don't take me too bad, not sure about the colours, and definetely it's not as sharp as it should...or am I wrong?
