The Local Boy Photo

Photographer’s Note

He is a local boy from medieval city Sighisoara. He spends his days in the old city. We met him at the gate of the castle, and one of us got to ask him who is he, what he does etc. Nothing much - the same story of rural towns. He mainly was asking tourists for money - the easiest thing to do. He was going to school, but wasn't his passion. All-in-all, a banal story.

Hi Andrei. I like your photo of the shy looking boy in his fancy jumper in this interesting setting around the entrance to the castle. I was wondering how it would look in black and white, so I've made a workshop. I hope you like it.
