Photographer’s Note
The Taleju Temple is dedicated to the Tantric Goddess "Taleju Bhawani" and is regarded as the family deity of the Kings of Nepal. It is widely believed that the kings of Nepal need the blessing of this goddess to rule the country. The temple is located in Durbar Square (Old Palace in Kathmandu) and stands at the height of 120ft. Built in the 16th century, it is a fine example of pagoda style Nepalese architecture. It is indisputably the most magnificent temple in the durbar square premises.

You did a good job of filling the frame with the top of this temple.
It's a bit too dark to see the detail. I've done a Workshop to give you some idea of how to 'bring light into the darkness'.
Have you been inside this temple? (I'm pretty sure this one is closed to non-Hindus.) If so, what's it like inside? Any pictures?

I like the symmetry in this picture, but you would have to be 10 or more feet off the ground to really capture the size, color and detail of this temple. I think this angle is a good idea, though maybe it could have been rotated a tiny bit to the right?
