Photographer’s Note
I was camping out with my boyfriend - a ham-radio operator - during "Field-day", and had the citronela candles lit to send the mosquitoes away. Field-day is an event to test the field preparedness and emergency communications abilities of the amateur radio community. While the amateur radio guys where busy making contacts all over the world, I was taking pictures of everything around me that I found to be beautiful or interesting. This turned out to be a good one, inspite of having nothing to do directly to field-day itself. I still have to figure out how to access the "EXIF" info either with ps or Finepix picture viewer...

Excellent composition, beautiful lighting! You did your job here in showing the candlelight can be so warming. The only thing missing (or not) are the mosquitoes!! I really like this one, I never thought about how pretty citronella candles could be... You have inspired an idea for me...

Another very neat close-up! The idea is attractive and the picture very moody...
PS: I try collecting the images with the same colour all over the image, otherwise I'll have too much pictures, and I rather like the "absoluut unique colour" - The "green" one was perfect, I think this one countains too much black tones.
