FRENCH RIVIERA - Cruising alone the coast of French Riviera to the Italian Riviera, enjoying the beautiful sunset scenic view.

Can you believe that I took this pic inside the moving coach. However the view was breath taking.

Appreciate if you could correct me if I'm wrong of the state name. Thanks.

Hi Andrew,
as said by hexagon, Nice is in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region. Furthermore, the city you're presenting here is not Nice but Monaco, and all these cities are in the french south and not in the north.
About your picture, I think the sky is overexposed and the city underexposed. In addition, the horizon is not horizontal.

Hi Bro
I don't know about this pic of yours.
First of all, it is important for you to level the image.
Secondly, there's something not right about the exposure value.
The front subjects is too dark, whereas the rear is over-exposed.
But the sun beam is such welcoming, pal.
What you can do to improve the image is through PS. Select the city all over and have the brightness adjusted to accommodate the sea and the sky.
