Hi Paolo, I love the atmosphere in your photograph which reminds me a lot some winter scenes near the sea. I think you went a bit too far with softening, or noise reduction, or whatever, which gives a bizarre appearance to the image.

This photo has an attractive set of colors but would be far less interesting without hte 3 birds, they are strong focal points and freedom symbols and really the essential element here.

How did I miss this one? The colours are wonderful and I love the way the purple is reflected in the sea. The gulls are captured in perfect sharpness.

You have presented a fine painting here. I like the rich tones and hues and the great ambience of the fiery storm. The gulls really enhance the scene, providing that extra dynamic and balance. I don't mind the oversaturation because of the art form. Well conceived and well executed, Paolo.
