To Laguna de Los Tres Photo

Photographer’s Note

After making camp and having a quick lunch, we took some water and snacks and crossed the River to ascend the 300 meter that separated the camp from Laguna de Los Tres. The way up was slow and arduous accompanied by the intense sun rays that intensified the whole scene.
This picture was taken before the last ascent to the Lagoon, straight under Mt. Fitzroy (on the right side). I added a different POV which is the result of a different PP crop - see WS.

Good colours and sharp, with the people on the trails you can really get to know the gigantic size of the place

Hi Chen,
Another great shot of this beautiful place. You were really very lucky woth the weather as I've read that it frequently rains in this part of the world. Your POV is very good here with the contrast between the moraine and the brightly lit mountains in the back. It's too bad that the people on the path don't stand out more, but I guess that's also due to the size reduction and compression of the picture. The photo in the WS is good too!

Hi Chen,
This looks familiar :) I think I actually prefer this amazing blue to the B&W shot from yesterday. Great use of your PL filter, too.
It's easy to miss the little ants weaving their way up the scree :)
