Photographer’s Note

Is the nice city of Vila do Conde, we can find this aqueduct.
It was constructed between 1628 and 1714. It’s an artificial canal constructed since the Convent of Clara Saint to the rising font and initially formed by 999 arcs. Of the set it still remains a great part of the initial structure, although a bit damage, with the extension of 500m, in a total of about 4 km.

Hi Sonia,
Don't mind to make a critique in English that could be also in Portuguese but the mainly TE Members are from other countries and don't understand our Language and sometimes the transalation WEB facilities can give bad errors and the meaning not the most correct. By a critique of another TE member I discover your recent approach to TE and my congratulations and I hope sincereally that you post the best from your of this nice European country and show also your beautiful region in posts.

In fact you have here one wonderful and nicely captured from the North of Portugal just some Kilometers from my town. It's very well composed, with a fine enquadrement view, good light handling, colors and the lanterns are a must in this nice work.

Olá Sónia
As piores horas para fotografar a luz correcta, são o amanhecer e o entardecer. A Sónia consegue o melhor nessas horas. Já uma foto sua de uma praia no Algarve espelha isso mesmo.Mas a razão principal que me leva a enaltecer este trabalho é o espírito da região e ambiente vilacondense, que a Sónia eficazmente conseguiu com a composição.Conheço bem esta região e sinto-o na foto. Muitos parabens e felizes momentos.

Bonito, parace um aqueduto, muito bom, parabéns! Aqui perto de onde vivo existe um aqueduto, no Tojal (lisboa)
