Photographer’s Note
The Montreal casino along with the Olympic Stadium in Montreal are for me two of the most complicated pieces of asymmetric architecture. We just had a storm pass by, and that created several new gloomy colors in the sky. To top it all, the Casino does look like gold, so it sort of looks like a mirage in a gloomy hopeless place. The reflection however conveys the message that it is indeed a mirage and there is no such thing called free lunch.

Hello Ashutosh
Well, I like nightshots... a lot.
And this one is really nice, good reflection on the water
and nice illuminated casino.
Well done, Sakis

I like it!
Nice sharp reflection, and the gold is a very nice contrast to the dark sky.
Thanks

Hi Ashotosh,
The structure may be complicated but the photo is not... I like it very much with the still blue sky and the perfect reflections - Good job - Izzet Keribar

Bonjour Ashutosh,
Je n'ai jamais été un grand fan de la bâtisse qui abrite le Casino de Montréal, mais je trouve que ta photo fait très bien paraître cet édifice, surtout avec le reflet sur l'eau. Les couleurs de la nuit sont très belles.

a beautifully clear night shot Ashutosh - a stunning looking building - very nice exposure time at f22 - well constructed image - nearly came to Montreal this spring but Vancouver won out!
Nice to see your work here on TE

Wow! once again. the reflection makes use to feel which one is real. They both are stand still. I guess if you turn the picture upside down, one would feel the reflection as real.

Je n'avais pas encore vu celle-là ! Elle est pourtant très belle. J'aime surtout les couleurs et la netteté du reflet.
