Absolutely weirdy, great, futuristic image.
Leaving those urban elements untouched - was a great idea.
We can now easily locate this monster.

Wow, cool smoky effect, nice shot! Is this giant spider also by Louise Bourgeois? There's another one in Tokyo's Roppongi Hills.

I like how you used the smoke and the light to bring it out of the background. Nice of center framing and the diagonals of the building in two corners are fine. I like the almost hidden humans in the smoke.

Hi Tomas,
Your photo reminds me of a scene from "War of the worlds", very strong photo and the mist around the spider just gives a little more spookiness. Great job and the b&w choice is just perfect.
