This a great portrait with a fine eyecontact. But it really deserves a note to tell us why he is painted this way.

The intensity of his face is awesome. The red colors and the gold make it an amazing photograph, but why is h dressed and painted like this.

A beautiful portrait with a lot of detail and very strong colour. Followers of Shiva wear the red stripe on the forehead but normally with white at sides. I have never seen gold. Was this at Pashpatinah? A special festival perhaps?

Very nice portrait. I like his eyes, there's something very kind in them, and also something majestic. With the red dominant color coupled with gold, this man looks like a king.

The colors in your photo are fantastic! But what is even more striking is the expression in the man's eyes. They have a spiritual quality to them and I feel as though he can see into my own soul. This picture deserves a note: who is this man? Why is he painted this way?

Very good portrait. Good colors. You could have experienced shooting him from different angle. Also composition could be experimented too. You have a very good subject.

Beautiful travel portrait that deserves more attention. I've added it to my 'Faces of Asia' theme page.
Excellent color and exposure.
