[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Part of the Lost Dutchman Marathon course is along Highway 60 (Superstition Highway). Normally you would zip by this memorial at 70mph and thus not be able to read the words but because the race took me by at a much slower pace I was able to see this very odd but poetic memorial to a pig hit by a big rig truck. For some reason it must have been a very special pig.

Although the image is somewhat over exposed, it really doesn't matter in this instance. I do like the tight framing and the memorial made me smile.
The notes help put the cross in context too.
