Image took at Hauru Point in front of Motu Fareone and the Motu Tiahura, on the north-western side of Moorea.
Image took an half hour before that one.
In that site there are some wonderful aerial view of the twin Motu.
In that site there are some dozen of images of Moorea, and some good infos.

A échoué son bateau

Le pêcheur est repêché
Une anguille qui zig-zague

What fantastic colours. The sky is still surprisingly blue and the almost yellow clouds are astonishing. Thw whole image is enhanced by the silhouetted leaves.

Great sunset. I like the scattered yellow of the sun that continues in the clouds. The bow of the land is very strong and the tree a good frame.

Ciao Paolo! Through your Polynesian shots, I realize how Gauguin could have painted his canvases. He was simply "realistic" ;-)
AMAZING colours, light! My goodness, you could not believe what is outside here... -27C, branches all covered in a sheet of thick ice, trees heavy and branches falling, the wind sweeps you off your feet! So you can imagine, that besides this being an incredibly beautiful shot, with a fantastic composition, I just drool over this one with glee... sipping my afternoon tea to warm myself!

I like the composition with the hard colours,
the framework is nice and the balance is good, there is a little sun flame, but I like it. very good job.

Magnifique couleurs très dynamique sur cette photo. On dirait que le ciel a pris feu. J'aime bien les zones sombres qui donne du relief à l'ensemble (et j'aime bien les négresses vertes !)

This is a powerful image. The sky looks like it's on fire. I like the effect you have caught, together with the silhouette. The overhanging branches from the palm trees are a good aspect to the photo as well. Nice work.
