On a trek in the mountains from Inle Lake, I saw this girl working in a tree-plantage (sebesten-trees). They use the leaves as the outside cover for cigars.

Great portrait. This girl has a hard life, must be missing out on a important part of childhood...do I notice a trace of pride in her eyes?
I like how you framed her with the leaves - good outer frame, too!

Nice colours under those huge leaves, she looks a little startled by you. yes she is a bit too centered but you have used the background well as a frame so as to minimalize this.

Nice capture! It brings back my childhood summers i worked outside in the fields and woods. I loved it, most of the time anyway; also the short breakes with passerby's were entertaining:-). But it returns a small money for a living.
IMHO, i would have cropped a little bit more on top and on the right side.

Hi Tina,
Your Asian collection is great. You know how to capture a character of people from different cultures. I like this photo a bit more than the next one, because it shows more of the girl's surroundings.
