| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French] |
There's a picture of the second biggest forest of France, the "Forêt de Chaux", not far from Dijon.
Exploited since the 13th century, it is after the fastening of Franche-comté in France, in 1678, that the Crown established a true policy of forest management, in particular to feed the shipyards. |

Salut Christophe,
I like very much the shadowy forest that you show in the photo. Those I place that I love for walking, specially in autumn.
The colors came out very nice (was it film?).
Best regards,
Carlos
I also like this dark part of the picture in contrast with the background, showing the shadow that must be a good place to walk around the forest. I only think a little more sharpness could make it even better.
Une jolie vue de sous-bois, particulièrement verte en couleur ! Peut-être un peu sombre mais cela fait partie de l'ambiance.
Bien cordialement,
Emmanuel
