[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is Munnar in Kerala (India). I saw this fog / mist and two people walking through it with their umbrellas, and it was about to rain. This scene brings back those lovely memories of rainy days back in India and can lift up your mood.

Hi Claude, beatiful sad (and wet ...) atmosphere in this shot ... probably you could cut right side so the two man can appear just in the middle of the photo.

I also like this shot (though in Sri Lanka the sun is out after a lot of out of season rain so not about the happy rain memories!)

IMO the right side should be left in (I do love trees) but also because it adds context.

Hi Claude, good shot. the fog was really strong and cancelled all the colours and the shapes.
good shot.
thanks, ciao

Really nice work for a number of reasons. (a) You were out at all in that weather and (b) you had a camera with you.
The composition works really well as we can get a real sense of just how heavy the mist is.
The picture also shows an India which is far removed from the immediate image I would suspect most people in the UK have of the country. I think most of us would think either of the crowded cities, the beaches or the mountains.

Hi Claude, Nice shot! Appropriate to show the depth of fog.

I appreciate this work which is a way different than others of your pics. I like the ambiance. Well done indeed

Hi Claude, Wonderful misty composition of Karala, which i hear is called the Hawaii of India with climate fruit etc. Your photo is very graphic with a good feel about it. Congratulations. Murray.

Hi Claude
You bring to us a very authentic feel of a fog and rainy moment. I guess this is during the moonson.
Regards
Francisco

It is really refreshing to see a photo like this - there are not too many rainy pictures here in TE. The photo has a strong atmosphere. The two persons walking away are captured just at the right distance.

Wow,
It realy intersting shot, POV is too good.

A beautiful pic claudee...

it reminds me of a tamil song "Paruvamae pudiya paadal paadu"..

good to know you are a native of mangalore...karnataka is a place is i love to live and die...regional politics apart... :-)

By any chance if you are not aquainted with "oochappan" in TE, then get to know about him.

nice photo. The amount of mist or rainy days on the hills of Munnar can be very amazing.
well composed and the trees do give a natural frame for the picture.

Munnar is a great nostalgia for me, you may have much more photos from there, the frame spells its mood. good

Nice pic claude with near perfact composition and deapth. It is good you keep your camera with you always, nobody knows when you get agood scene to capture. In this picture, I would suggest you to go more close to those two men to show their lifestyle- I know in Kerala, usually people tug their Mundu ( dhoti) halfway near their knees while walking. And readers would love to know this I think, otherwise I dont think people would have noticed. Keep clicking.

Hi Claude,
Very beautiful shot with the combination of nature and dailylife. These types of envourment is definitly heaven for us but for the locals it is a day to day affair.Very well capture with good composition and framing.Tfs and regards,
Hitesh
