superbe cette photo, j'en ai profité pour revoir la précédente. Je me suis ainsi rendu compte que tu cherchais à savoir ce qui m'avait motivé à faire le tour du monde... En fait, c'est la même chose qui te motive à voyager pendant 1 mois sauf que je suis parti 1 an!!! Découverte, partir à la découverte de paysages merveilleux, faire des rencontres au fil des jours et surtout prendre le temps de faire tout cela, ce que tu ne fais pas quand tu pars seulement 1 mois... Quels sont tes projets de voyage à long terme? Es tu étudiante ou dans la vie active?

I've seen both of the pictures and I like 'em both. They're really impressive. The vast expanse of sand and blowing dust contrastin the only person is unbelievable. You've made a very good decision indeed and produced an extremely entertaining and great photograph!

A great shot, one that really shows the vast size of the sand dunes to it's max, and how the dunes can shift as quickly - shown by the amount of sand in the air to the right of the dune. Lovely contrasting colours between the sand and the sky, and the man's jacket.

Emmanuelle, cette photo est encore mieux que la précédente à cause de la place du grimpeur. Comme l'homme est petit en face de la nature ! Pour l'appareil, tu as bien fait de le tenir à l'abri.

Fabulous image! I love its simplicity and minimalism which really makes it so visually striking. The colours are incredible, the man gives us something to focus on and the blurring of the sand gives a wonderful feel.

Sometimes is your role as photographer to be the observer... sometimes you have you follow... sometimes lead... the end result of your work will tell you if it was a good or bad desicion. Both images are great. The human element add a sense of scale, otherwise lost. Great capture!

magnifique image, je préfère les couleurs de cette photo plutôt que la précédente.
Je prèfère aussi celle-ci car l'homme semble avancer, c'est moins statique.

Quite an amazing image, without the man I think I would have passed on it, but with the man in the shot we really see how dramatic this situation is and how much sand really is being blown about.

Bonjour Emma,
Les deux photos sont belles, mais j'ai une préférence pour celle-ci où l'on voit le personnage en action. Dans les deux cas, sa présence permet de donner une idée précise de la grandeur de cette dune... elle est immense! L'effet de la tempête de sable est bien rendue, il ne manque plus que le bruit du vent!

Hi Emmanuelle, I like this as much as your previous shot. The blue of the man's clothing makes him stand out well against the rich orange of the dune. And the strong wind is evident from all the sand blowing from the ridge.

L'échelle étonne, puis on comprend l'immensité de l'endroit, du "péril" et la fragilité du petit bonhomme. Seul contre les éléments...
C'est très bien composé et la crête que l'on discerne mal est belle.

An amazing photograph, Emmanuelle. The sharpness of the man walking is such a contrast to the movement of the sand, which in itself is such a contrast in colour to the clear blue sky. This is National Geographic material. Perfect exposure and saturation. I have added this to my favourites. Cheers . . . David

Impresionante momento, produce hasta miedo, si comparamos la inmensa duna con el minúsculo hombre y el viento que sopla, nos podemos hacer una idea del valor de este señor, interesante composición y bellos contrastes y colores, muy buena fotografía.
