Found this "gravestone" in Pelgrims Rest, a restored mining town. The whole town was declared a museum. You can visit a museum where you get info about the towns earlier years, or shop in some of the old shops that all have an authentic 1800's look and feel.
Visit the Royal Hotel or stay over and eat at one of the many restaurants with food differing from traditional to pizza and burgers.
The "gravestone" is for a very rusted old Austin standing behind the sign.
I found it quite funny. |

Nice black humor piece!
I know the disease name : CHINESE SYNDROMA.
Do you have the same about Rover?
Bernard
That is hilarious! I thought it was a real gravestone at first, now I finally understand it is for a car, LOL! Good eye, Annette.

Somebody there has a sense of humour. Well spotted.

Good fun shot - the joke very clear which is not always the case when people photograph funny signs. It would have been nice to see the car also, but then I guess the sign would have become too small.
Hello Anette...
Funny signs... a favourite of mine! Your image is nicely composed with good details, maybe I'd like to see some more of the Austin?
