This photo was taken at an altitude of 14500 ft... It was taken at a place near natula pass called Baba Mandir....
The view of the frozen water fall and the frozen river was enchanting.. The chill wind blowing continuously also added to the experience of a lifetime...

eh ben dit donc je suis stupéfaite de voir ce genre de photo en Inde, moi qui croyait que ce pays était toujours chaud, là tu nous prouves le contraire...très reussi ce rendu des glaces en stalactites...sous un ciel bleu intense...de toute beauté...merci pour le partage...amcicalement BI

You capture the frozen waterfall very well! Your POV is good, giving a fine composition with great colors and details... Fun to think of I posted a very similar picture a few days ago, same kind of subject but from a different part of the world...
