This photo is really very nice! Very sharp and the blue color is deep and beautiful. I like the seagulls in flight on this photo too. I have a couple of seagulls in flight photos as well, they are on TrekNature site.

Very nice picture !!
I specially like the seagulls at different levels, that help to give depth to the perspective.
Also I like the diagonal division of the photo in two parts: the white foam and the dark blue water.

Composition on diagonal, dynamic; we can feel the wave moving before our eyes; the flight well captured, the formation of the seagulls well composed; deep marine blue-green, very powerfull.

I love the 50/50 combo dedicated to the wave action vs. the untouched waters. The flight of the birds is crisp and clear against the watery depths below as well. Nice shooting! (no pun intented)

Browsing your gallery, this picture inmediately called my attention. It's a magnificent work, many diverse elements converged here to make a great shot.

Deep blue sea half of the picture, while the other you got this nice stella from the boat... And taken in diagonal makes the picture dynamic!

Then you have the seagulls, flying at different altitudes, so surreal.

You could have the sea taken out the picture or the seagulls taken off the picture, and you still have a powerful and poetic view.

This one made into my favorites. Hope to ever have the chance to shoot something like this!

Hi Raluca, this is an excellent image. Like all truly good photos (in my opinion anyway!) it's simple and uncomplicated. By focusing on the bare essentials - seagulls and breaking surf - you've managed to capture the essence of Greece and the Mediterranean. Bravo!

Hey Raluca,

This one is a great photograph, the seagulls and the waves created by the propellors in the dark green sea is a perfect PoV. My guess is the name of the photo should have been "Follow the Leader" :-)

I like the way the image is bisected diagonally by the wake of the boat. Excellent capture of the flying gulls with a shutter speed fast enough to freeze the motion.
