Photographer’s Note

I have a friend that comes to my house every evening at when we are eating on the deck. Hi just concludes the day in such a way: we all stand still not to scare it away, and he just does the same not to be seen. Even though, we still manage to hear a sound like no other. In this shot, I had my camera close by and managed to get him in my lens. I just caught a silhouette because I didn’t want to see the wings move and I didn’t have enough light… still very proud of my shot.

Très belle photo Sebastien. J'adore la lumière. Pas trop, juste assez pour distinguer que la silhouette de l'oiseau. Les ailes sont bien figées. Bravo. J'ai hate d'en photographier un a mon tour...

Bienvenue sur TE! J'espère que ton voyage ici sera amusant, enrichissant et passionnant. Déjà, je vois des améliorations depuis tes premières photos! lols! La première était tellement petite, qu'on peinait à la voir. Celle-ci est très belle! J'aime beaucoup que le colibri et la "mangeoire" forment des silhouettes, comme des ombres chinoises. Tu as vu le détail de ces petites pattes? Superbe! ;-) Bon, je me suis amusée sur ta photo. Tu n'as qu'à aller voir le "Workshop". Je t'y donnerai les détails. J'espère que ça ne te dérange pas!

Nous n'avons pas ces oiseaux en liberté en Europe, ils sont remplacés par les moro-sphinx dans la niche écologique.
L'image en contre-jour est magnifique.
