Photographer’s Note
Obviously his mom and neither the police academy (if he attended one) taught him about the most basic etiquette of not pointing guns right at peoples faces.
I grabbed this shot from the front seat of a car during my recent visit to Pakistan. I was looking around and really didn`t notice anything special about the police van standing stationary at the lights until, hey, its a gun barrel sizing up my forehead. Too good an opportunity to miss so I `shot` off a couple of images.
As you can tell guns are taken very casually in Pakistan.
By the way its an AK-47.

Dear Amin,
It was a shocker to look at your shot and then read the realistic note. I feel as if the police in Pakistan are haunting the everyday life of those who have ever ever lived under their protection and authority. Thanx for the shot and the note. Hadi
