i was comming back from somewhere. bubba gump shimp i think with a couple friends I had my camera with me nad I was on the yamanote line and at some point it passed the cho line and the speed was the same so i just snapped a few off and here is this dazed and confused ojisan (old man) just staring out the window like it was his first trip to the big city or something. I dont know why but something about this guy keeps making me wonder what was going on in his mind at that moment and waht he was looking at or maybe he really had to go to the bathroom and was desperatly waiting for the next train station....

The technical details of the train, the black, orange and green colors, the four squares in the windows are what makes this image for me.

A Happy New Year,Boof!

I have also done the same experience,Boof. When two trains run in the same direction, each passenger looks at each other to each other at the same speed. We feel a wonderful sense of solidarity at the moment. The old man of the center which is the theme is directed more clearly, and this photograph is very good. Moreover, the body of orange chuo-Line is beautiful. The old man's hand throws me various feeling. A good shot!

It is not difficult to find your subject. I would have cropped tighter butyour choice of cropping is also well-seen. Happy New Year!

The orange and the green is very effectful as colors. But the man in the window makes the picture, without him it would just be a boring train car. And why is he standing there when everybody else is sitting down?

What is he thinking? All the seats look full to me......

Nice shot. I like the way the man is standing in the doorway. Nice colrs too, and the blurry part on top is nice.
Happy New Year to you.

Wonderful picture. The man of course is what makes this great. But I think the green motion blur in the background and the sharp orange train are elements that really make it more interesting. If the train had been standing still the look on the mans face wouldn't have been half as intriguing. Well seen and captured!

You best photo in my opinion. You were very fortunate to capture this. Very powerful image. I like the fact that he's the only person (that you can see clearly) looking outside. The contrast and saturation are also very good. Well done.
