Hi Chris!
It's a nice and interesting shot. Beautiful surroundings. Everything seems sleeping. Maybe it would be a bit better if there was less sky in the photo?

Great shot! I like the soft transition from snow/ice to trees, it doesn't distract from the subject matter. I personally really like the big sky, as I feel that it adds a feeling of emptiness or open space to this very cold-feeling piece. Nice work, and interesting subject matter!

Hi Chris.
Great shot. It really looks cold. I like the light from the low sun. At first sight it looked like a toy-boat :) As Amstel I also think it's a little to much of the sky.

Nice cold feeling in this. The high sky is a very good choice here. The bushes along the bottom edge bothers me little, maybe you could have moved a bit closer to get a POV over the bushes?
