Fotografar os desportos urbanos é algo de muito interessante e algo que já á algum tempo penso fazer. A dinâmica associada a estes desportos é extremamente fotogénica. No caso desta foto gosto bastante da luz e da cor, e está extremamente bem conseguida se considerarmos que foi feita com filme. Muito bom controlo da exposição e nitidez!

Gosto igualmente do ponto de vista e da sensação de perspectiva. No entanto sinto falta de alguma acção. Por exemplo captando o momento em que um dos skaters sobe ao rebordo, faz uma manobra neste, ou um se lança para o “half-pipe” quando chega a sua vez.

I like this shot even though there isn't any action, as when skating ramps it isn't always about actually skating it. It's also about waiting, supporting the person skating and just hanging out. I also like the composition to include the tag of 'look around you'... also think it would be hard to just rock up and start snapping these guys without introduction. You need to know the secret handshake to do that.. :P
