Photographer’s Note
For workers in Pakistan provisions for overtime or night work do not exist. The minimum legal wage is 3,500 rupees per month for a full-time permanent worker, which is roughly US$60. Health insurance costs around US$30 month for basic family coverage. Despite these harsh economic circumstances workers still manage to organise themselves into unions. But for food vendors and restaurant workers such as the man depicted here there are no unions.

Sad!!
This is the story of most of the 3rd world countries, infact Pakistan is among the better of those.
Picture itself is quite small and blurred. Close up of the man in your note would have been better

Get in closer. Based on your amazing commentary note, what we need to see in this picture is more of the person, the worker, and the work, and less of the mundane visual aspects of the environment of the scene. Getting in closer will also help force the issue of what to focus on, what to capture in detail.
